On November 10-11 2008 International Energy Forum will gather participants for discussion the investment projects of Russian regions energy sector.

Aim of the forum is to discuss the most topical questions related to Russian regions energysector.

Russian government published the general plan of electric power objects arrangement in the country and measured investment requirement in Russian branch until 2020 in the size of 870 billion dollars. Energy saving programs implementation will require from 10 to 17 billion dollars of economically targeted investment in the period until 2010 and next 35-50 billion dollars in the following decade.  What Russian energy sector will be in 2020?
